How the receipt layer works

  1. Transact normally on any SOV site — FixNowTT job, ShowLoveTT donation, FoodTT order, RentMeTT lease, etc.
  2. Get a token. When the transaction completes, a one-time review token is minted and emailed/notified to you.
  3. Leave a real review 24–48hrs later (when the experience is fresh but not reactive). Verified tier = full weight.
  4. Owners can respond once publicly, and dispute false reviews — but they can't make legitimate criticism disappear.
  5. Every moderation call is public at /reviews/[id]/history. No silent deletes, ever.

Reviews are weighted: verified (1.0×), with evidence (0.75×), unverified (0.4×). Score bands: Exceptional 85+, Solid 70–84, Mid 50–69, Avoid < 50.
